Isabel was born on the continent of Australia in Melbourne. Isabel's dad is Australian as well as her mother Swiss. Her family has lived in Australia, Switzerland, Melbourne Jabiru (a small community of mining in Northern Territory), Cairns Australia and in Jabiru, Switzerland. Along with their sister Nina she attended schools which comprised First Nations children as well as students from different countries. Isabel lives in Byron Bay, NSW Australia. Isabel is dedicated to the protection of animals and has held positions with many organizations that promote environmental protection. Over the past ten years she has been an ambassador for the Melbourne Human Rights and Arts Film Festival.
